Prior to founding the firm, Attorney Marinelli practiced estate planning and real estate law at another local law office. Subsequently, Attorney Marinelli served four years as a prosecutor for the Rhode Island Department of the Attorney General. During those years, Mr. Marinelli handled thousands of cases ranging in severity from misdemeanor crimes to serious felony offenses. Additionally, along with other prosecutors, he was chosen to lecture veteran and incoming police officers regarding DUI investigations and important changes to case law that could affect DUI prosecutions.
