Michael P. Marinelli Jr. concentrates his practice in areas relating to the sale of residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, business formation, and probate administration.
Prior to founding the firm, Michael practiced estate planning and real estate law at another local law firm. Subsequently, Michael served four years as a Special Assistant Attorney General, where he was responsible for prosecutions in Providence County and throughout Rhode Island. Now, he uses that unique experience to advocate for his private clients in Rhode Island.
Michael is a graduate of The University of Rhode Island (B.A., 2015), Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D., 2018), and is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
